We have a flat-rate shipping charge, the amount of which depends on the country to which you wish to send your order. For example, shipping to EU countries, the USA, Canada or Japan costs €5.99. You can find all prices and delivery times on our shipping page.
If you spend €75 or more, we offer free shipping – no matter where you live!

That depends a little on where you live. Each product is made to order especially for you – this takes between 1 and 5 working days. Your order is then posted straight away, though exact delivery times depend on the courier services in your country. You can find a detailed overview on our shipping page.

Of course, we hope you’ll never want to part with your Signaturio products ;)
However, if something does go wrong, you can simply email us at info@signaturio.shop to let us know you’d like to return an item. You can do this up to 14 days after receiving your order. You then have a further 14 days to return the item at your own expense. We will then refund the purchase price.

What printing methods do you use?
On fabrics, we use the DTG process, which is particularly well suited to elegant, delicate signatures and lettering. We entrust the work to experienced specialists who have impressed us with first-class, exceptionally durable results. Nothing peels off, and the print feels pleasantly subtle when you run your finger over it.
Our notebooks are printed using UV printing, which also offers excellent durability. For our mugs, we use the tried-and-tested sublimation process. All the inks used comply with the OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 – meaning they have been tested for harmful chemicals and classified as safe and harmless for human use.

Our garments have a ‘regular’ fit – however, they are slightly smaller compared to US sizes. So if you live in the US, we recommend ordering one size larger.
